Our cosmetics are made in a variety of places including the United States, Germany, Italy, Taiwan and China.

Some products are available at Amazon.com, but please note that only products sold through the Reina Rebelde storefront on Amazon are authenticated by us. Reina Rebelde does not authorize any other re-sellers on Amazon, thus products sold on Amazon by other retailers have not been authenticated by us and are not valid Reina Rebelde products.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

All of our products are cruelty free. We endeavor to use vegan ingredients; however, our products are not created in a vegan-dedicated facility. Please note, our Lip Brilliance in Virgen, 4 Play Wet Dry Eye Color in Salvaje and Oaxaca, the On Your Face Contour + Color Trio in Coqueta, and the Rebel Eye Definer Pencil in ¡Híjole! may contain trace amounts of carmine.

Do your products contain parabens or phthalates?

No.  All of our products are paraben free and phthalate free. 

Where is my welcome discount code?

Please check your spam/junk email folder for your welcome discount code. And make sure to add us to your address book so you can receive notifications about your orders and future launches and promos.

When will I get my order?

At checkout, we offer three different shipping tiers with different delivery times to choose from. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via economy service and can take up to 8 business days to arrive. If you need it faster than that, please upgrade your shipping service at checkout.

We do our best to ship your order within 24-28 hours of receiving it (excluding orders placed on weekends or holidays). However, we are frequently experiencing delays beyond our control due to shipping service disruptions, and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier.  If you order has not arrived, please check with your carrier first and then contact us if they have been unable to locate the package. 

What is your return policy?

Reina - let’s take the hassle out of shopping online for maquillaje, shall we?   Love it or return/exchange it!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at: info@reinarebelde.com to initiate a return/exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.   At your choice, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange the product for something else of equivalent value.  Please note, your original outbound shipping charges cannot be refunded.

For Returns: Please return items at through a trackable mail carrier (i.e. USPS Ground Advantage)  in new or gently used condition within 30 days.  Unused items should be repackaged as they arrived so as not to break in transit. Please note, we cannot refund products that are returned to us broken. Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund.

For Exchanges: We will ship you your exchange at our cost. 

We will monitor for abuse of this policy and  reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?

Orders placed on ReinaRebelde.com currently ship worldwide. Flat rate shipping options only apply to the continental USA; shipping rates for territories outside of the continental USA are determined by weight and are quoted at checkout. PLEASE NOTE that prices listed do not include VAT, and international customers are responsible for paying the VAT or other applicable import tax upon receipt of their order.  Reina Rebelde products available on Amazon.com also ship internationally.

I did not receive my order / my order arrived broken - what now?

We know how frustrating stolen or misplaced packages can be. You will receive multiple emails regarding the status of your shipment, please make sure to check your spam email box.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please allow for one extra business day and then contact us via email for next steps to file an insurance claim.

If you received a damaged product, please email us right away with a photo of the damaged item so we send you an insurance claim and process a replacement to you right away.

Please make sure to follow the instructions regarding the insurance claim, as we cannot process a replacement until the insurance claims is completed by you.

I submitted an incorrect delivery address with my order, now what?

If after submitting your order, you realize that you submitted an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible to: info@reinarebelde.com, and we will do our best to intercept the order and correct the address. If your order is already in transit, we will issue you a site credit for the purchase amount minus shipping and handling once we receive confirmation that your original order is being returned to us.
