Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

All of our products are cruelty free. We endeavor to use vegan ingredients; however, our products are not created in a vegan-dedicated facility. Please note, our Lip Brilliance in Virgen, 4 Play Wet Dry Eye Color in Salvaje and Oaxaca, and the On Your Face Contour + Color Trio in Coqueta may contain trace amounts of carmine.

Do your products contain parabens or phthalates?

No.  All of our products are paraben free and phthalate free. 

When will I get my order?

In order to keep shipping costs for our customers as low as possible, we use the lowest cost shipping option available to ship all orders. We will do our best to ship your order within 12-24 hours of receiving it (excluding orders placed on weekends or holidays). However, we are experiencing delays beyond our control due to supply chain issues and shipping service disruptions, and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier.  If you order has not arrived, please check with your carrier first and then contact us if they have been unable to locate the package. 

What is your Return Policy?

Reina - let’s take the hassle out of shopping online for maquillaje, shall we?   Love it or return/exchange it!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at: to initiate a return/exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.   At your choice, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange the product for something else of equivalent value. 

For Returns: Please return items at through a trackable mail carrier (example USPS First Class Mail)  in new or gently used condition within 30 days.  Unused items should be repackaged as they arrived so as not to break in transit.  Please note, your original outbound shipping charges cannot be refunded. Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund.

For Exchanges: We will ship you your exchange at our cost. 

We will monitor for abuse of this policy and  reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?

Orders placed on currently ship worldwide. Flat rate shipping options only apply to the continental USA; shipping rates for territories outside of the continental USA are determined by weight and are quoted at checkout. PLEASE NOTE that prices listed do not include VAT, and international customers are responsible for paying the VAT or other applicable import tax upon receipt of their order.  Reina Rebelde products available on also ship internationally.

I submitted an incorrect delivery address with my order, now what?

If after submitting your order, you realize that you submitted an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible to:, and we will do our best to intercept the order and correct the address. If your order is already in transit, we will issue you a site credit for the purchase amount minus shipping and handling once we receive confirmation that your original order is being returned to us.
