Orders placed on ReinaRebelde.com currently ship worldwide. Flat rate shipping options only apply to the continental USA; shipping rates for territories outside of the continental USA are determined by weight and are quoted at checkout. PLEASE NOTE that prices listed do not include VAT, and international customers are responsible for paying the VAT or other applicable import tax upon receipt of their order. Reina Rebelde products available on Amazon.com also ship internationally.
In order to keep shipping costs for our customers at a reasonable price, Reina Rebelde uses USPS First Class or Priority Mail to ship all orders. We guarantee that we will deliver your order to USPS within 12-24 hours of receiving it (excluding orders placed on weekends or holidays). PLEASE NOTE, USPS’s tracking information can be inaccurate and not up-to-date. Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays by USPS.
If after submitting your order, you realize that you submitted an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible to: email@example.com, and we will do our best to intercept the order and correct the address. If your order is already in transit, we will issue you a site credit for the purchase amount minus shipping and handling once we receive confirmation that your original order is being returned to us.
