Shipping policy

At checkout, we offer three different shipping tiers with different delivery times to choose from. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via economy service and can take up to 8 business days to arrive. If you need it fast than that, please upgrade your shipping service at checkout.

We do our best to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it (Excluding orders placed on weekends and holidays). However, we may experience delays beyond our control due to shipping service disruptions and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Once a package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier. If you order has not arrived, please check with your carrier first and then contact us if they have been unable to locate the package.
