Our Rebel Eye Definer Pencil in Rebelde provides full-intensity, saturated blacker-than-black pigment for the eyes that glides on smoothly with a super rich color pay-off.  Our long-lasting, waterproof formula has a brief smudging window and then dries for a 24-hour lasting finish.  Safe to use on the waterline. Sharpen using a customary cosmetic pencil sharpener.  Waterproof makeup remover recommended for removal.

TIPS & TRICKS

To sharpen, use a regular cosmetic sharpener.  After application, smudge immediately if desired or wait a minute for product to set into long-wear finish.

BEST EYELINER IN THE BEAUTY SPACE

This eyeliner is very pigmented, sets quickly and doesn't budge. The best I have tried.

Bold, Precise, and doesn't budge!

My first time ever owning navy blue eyeliner and this is the holy grail! It definitely stays in place without having to deal with the "process" of removing waterproof eyeliners. The blue is a true navy and perfectly pigmented. It complimented my metallic gold and bronze eyeshadow so well.

Love!

Actually received this in an Ipsy Glam X box which made me look into the brand more. I love this liner! It doesn’t smudge, it’s a bold black, great texture! I have already placed two orders for multiple products and love them all! Excited to try Injole next!

love it but..

i love this product when i got it with my ipsy it stays on for a long time and washes off with out a mess but getting more product out of the pencil is a hassle. its hard to pull the bottom piece off then when trying to push it out it goes fast and if you do it to much you cant push it back it then it falls off the pencil. great product but needs to be able to use it easier

This is my go to eyeliner! I found it through Ipsy and actually rebought it because I loved it and that’s compared to a big stash of liners I don’t like. This liner has my eyes popping . I love how it glides onto my eye lid! And a long lasting wear
