For a soft Reina look, use the shadows dry on your lids or on top of your Rebel Eye Paint for Brows + Eyes, and for a high-impact, Rebelde-look, use the shadows wet. When using wet, apply water to your eyeshadow brush or eyeliner brush and create a paste-like consistency in the shade pan. Apply to your eyelid as desired and allow to dry. Mix, match, blend, shade, line, the uses are endless.
